This was the 15th annual same-gender couples competition; the largest and longest running queer dance competition in North America.
April Follies is open to both same-gender couples, as well as to reverse-role couples (female leader and male follower). This year we are proud to announce that Ashley Quibilan FADS and Chassé & Sway’s Nicole Wooding won the California State Championship in Women’s American Rhythm here at April Follies, in Oakland, CA.
